Spicy fish Stir fry

Spicy fish Stir fry, Origin:Fusion
225g carrots,cut thinly
225g green beans,chopped
I veg stock cube
2 tbsp flour
½ tsp ground cumin,coriander,paprikaand sichuan/blackpepper
350g firm white fish (eg cod, haddock, hoki)
25g butter
4tbsp Greek yoghurt

Combine flour/spices in a dish,cut fish into cubes and rub mxtre arnd it,Cook in butter until golden brown,set aside,add veggies nd stock,simmer fr 4min,Add yogurt/fish,simmer fr 1min
