1package fresh linguine
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup prechopped onion
1tbsp minced garlic
1tsp dried oregano
salt
3tbsp tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1tbspfresh flat-leaf parsley leave
Cook pasta(omit salt/fat),heat beef,onion,oregano,garlic/salt fr 5min, add tmato paste/tomatoe, cuk until thick
Serve ovr pasta wth cheese/parsely..
