Contrichop

Contrichop, Origin:Equitorial guinea
1whole chicken, jointed into serving-sized pieces
2 onions,chopped
oil/Salt
100g crushed peanuts
chicken broth
toasted peanut
Fry chicken and set aside,fry onions until translucent,retrn chicken to pot and add crushed peanuts,add enough broth and seasoning
Cook till chicken is tender and the stock has thickened to a gravy
Serve hot, accompanied by white rice, grated coconut and toasted peanuts.
