Cocodrilo en su Salsa(Crocodile in Sauce)

Cocodrilo en su Salsa(Crocodile in Sauce) Origin:Equitorial guinea
1kg crocodile meat,cut into large pieces
3 large tomatoes,chopped
2 onions,chopped
juice of 3 limes
1/2 bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
6 osang(country tea),Meseb and Osim leaves
hot chillies/Palmoil
broth/Seasoning
maggi cube
Boil Croc meat wth herbs/onion until tender,pound chilli,Parsely,tomato nd add 2 d pot,add palmoil cook fr 10mins,stir in parsely leaves
Serve wth boiled plantain,taro,rice
