Beans in Ata Sauce

Beans in Ata Sauce, Origin(Nigeria)
400g dried black-eyed peas
2 batches ata sauce


Soak picked beans overnight,d next day,drain and rub beans btw ur fingers to slip off coat thn remove these by pouring off,drain and place in largepan wth plnty of water nd cook fr 80mins.

Meanwhile prepare ur"Ata" Sauce,whn d beans are done,drain nd stir them into d ata sauce,Allow to warm through

Serve wth boiled yam/and or Boiled plantains
