3chopped pumpkin(Ugwu) leaves*1 cup water leaves*3 cups beef/kpomo/shaki/goatmeat/dryfish (any protein you want)*2tbsp crayfish*1/2 cup palm oil*2onions*1cup periwinkles*Seasoning Cubes

Boil your meats in a pot,boil until little stock is left,add crayfish,palmoil,pepper nd periwinkles,cook fr 5min,add waterleaf,simmer fr 3min,then add ugwu,chck fr seasoning,stir fr 5mins to avoid burning
