Fried Ata Sauce

Fried Ata Sauce, Origin: Nigeria
2 onions, sliced and pounded to a paste
4 tomatoes, chopped and pounded to a paste
2 fresh hot chillies, chopped and pounded to a paste
6 tbsp palm oil
1 tbsp black pepper
generous handful of minced dried prawns

Heat palmoil in pan,add all pounded ingrdnts to d oil,Fry until significantly dry,then add minced prawns,fry fr another 5mins,then take off the heat

Serve as an accompaniment
