Healthy water.
Water To boost weight loss - 2L water
1 medium cucumber
1 lemon
10-12 mint leaves.

Slice cucumber, lemon and mint leaves. Put in a jug. Pour in water. Also squeeze the liquid from the lemon and add . Chill drink in the fridge.

Also great for general detox--including clear skin!
