How to make KEBAB.
Salt &pepper to taste.
Beef or chicken
1 tsp garlic
5 onions
2 red/green peppers
1/4 cup of olive oil, honey, soy sauce
Skewers.


In a bowl, stir in oil, honey, soy sauce, salt garlic, onions, pepper. Pour Into 2 bowls
1st bowl: soak in meat for 2hours in a fridge

Pass Peper, onions & meat through the skewers. Brush off with oil.
Grill for some mins. Brush with the marinade in the 2nd bowl &gril
