Livers in Mushroom Sauce

Livers in Mushroom Sauce
750g Chicken Livers
1 Large onion,chopped
4 Cloves Garlic,crushed
250ml Cream
500ml Milk
1tbsn Cornflour
2tbsn Cream of Chicken soup powder
1/2 cup Sherry
2 Bay Leaves
Salt and Black pepper

Fry livers,set aside)Sauté onions/garlic/mushrooms fr 8min,thn add sherry,simmer for 2min thn add d cream,add liver to d mxtre,simmer fr 6min,add souppowder nd milk until thick
