1pack refrigerated fettuccine
3links Italian turkey sausage
1tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2cups sliced onions
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 ounce pecorino cheese,grated

Cook pasta(omit salt/fat),shape sausage in2 balls,heat oil,add meatballs fr 7min,remove,addOnions,pepper,garlic,marinara sauté fr 3min,add meatballs bck,simer 6min

6 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1/2 milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
3 cups instant oats

Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add vanilla extract.
Remove from heat and stir in coconut and oats.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper; chill

4 tbsp freshlysqueezed orange juice
120gchopped onion

2 tbsp soy sauce
1hot chilli,pounded
1tbsp cornflour

120ml orange marmalade
1 tbsp butter

5 cups of seedless watermelon

4 tablespoons honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tblespoons low fat dry milk powder
3 bananas
2 cubes ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend till fluffy. Pour into a cup and serve.

Black Magic Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups white sugar
Half cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda, powder, salt & vanilla extract.
2 eggs
1 cup of brewed coffee, butter & milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil

In a bowl combine dry ingredients first, then wet ingredients. Beat until batter is thin. Pour into a buttered pan
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 mins.

Avocado shrimp salad

Avocado shrimp salad.
2 pounds boiled or steamed shrimps
2 avocados, cut into large pieces
2 TSP diced red onion

For the Dressing
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ TSP garlic powder
1 TSP parsley,
1 TSP mustard
salt & pepper, to taste

Add shrimp, avocado, & onion to a large bowl.
In a bowl, mix together ingredients for the dressing. Whisk until well mixed.
Add dressing to shrimp avocado salad.
