1kg prawns,cooked and shelled
3 tbsp butter
1onion,chopped
11/2 tbsp garlic,grated
1tbsp ginger,grated
1tbsp lemon juice
1tsp brown sugar
400ml coconut milk
1 tbsp tomato purée
salt and black pepper
Melt butter in pan,fry onions,Add ginger/garlic nd fry fr 2mins,stir in shelled prawns,season wth salt nd pepper,drizzle lemon juice nd coconut milk,thn tomato puree nd Sugar,simmer/cook for 5mins
